Polku kylään Jyvässeutu -esiselvityshanke rakentaa kansainvälisen verkoston maallemuutosta kiinnostuneiden toimijoiden kanssa. Verkoston tarkoituksena on kartoittaa maalle muuttoa helpottavia – tai estäviä – käytänteitä kussakin maassa.
Oletettavia kehittämiskohtia ovat kunnan ja kylän yhteiskehittäminen, kylän vastaanottokyky sekä kunnan ja kylien infrastruktuuri käsittäen asumisen ja etätyön tekemisen mahdollisuudet.
Esiselvityshankkeen aikana etsitään sopivat ja halukkaat partnerit Ruotista tai Tanskasta, Virosta sekä jostakin Baltian tai itä-Euroopan maasta, solmitaan aiesopimukset ja suunnitellaan hanke yhdessä ottaen huomioon kunkin partnerin tarpeet ja toimintaympäristö. Oletettavasti partnerit ovat joko Leader-ryhmiä, maakunnallisia kyläyhdistyksiä tai vastaavia, ja joiden alueelta varsinaisen hankkeen kylät toimivat.
Suomessa kohdealueena on Leader JyväsRiihen toiminta-alue.
Hanke kestää 1.12.2023 – 31.5.2024. Hanketta hallinnoi Keski-Suomen Kylät ry ja työn tekee osa-aikainen projektipäällikkö, Reena Laukkanen-Abbey, Reena.Laukkanen@gmail.com tai 0400-738205.

The path to the Jyväs-region village” preliminary survey project builds an international network with actors interested in emigration into the countryside. The purpose of the network is to map practices that facilitate or prevent migration to the countryside in each country. Areas of development include joint development between the municipalities and the villages, the village’s absorption capacity and the infrastructure of the municipalities and the villages, including the possibilities of housing and remote work. During the preliminary survey project, suitable and willing partners will be searched for, in Sweden or Denmark, Estonia and one of the Baltic or Eastern European countries. Agreements of intent will be signed and the project will be planned together, taking into account the needs and operating environment of each partner. Presumably, the partners will either be Leader groups, provincial village associations or similar, and representatives from the villages within which the project will operate from. In Finland, the target area is Leader JyväsRiihi’s operating area. The duration of the project will be 1.12.2023 – 31.5.2024. The project will be managed by the Keski-Suomen Kylät ry and the work will be carried out by a part-time project manager Reena Laukkanen-Abbey.
